Eventually, I am told to type in directions to go to the directions to perform some other antics and then to go on to the Norton blog for help. The program is so secure it blocks terrific printer programs from being connected.

It takes 45 minutes at least to be connected to someone who does not have the answer and sends me to another person who can says they can do it. I am going to sic my husband on them with a nonexistent problem and he does not know anything about computers nor printers.
