This just moves the screen to another space, you actually have to click the window with the mouse and then use that shortcut to move the window. Sadly, no. Being able to group them by workspaces is great, as evidenced by XMonad, i3 and Unity on Linux. Moving windows between spaces without mouse is one of my only gripes with OS X.
