In reply to ZukiDude's post on March 5, I looked at what updates were installed and only two for today. So I uninstalled one and rebooted. It would popup every time I shutdown or restarted. I went ahead and uninstalled windows update KB and now its shutting down normal again. I just reformatted as stated above and then today was hit with that update that caused it again. I am getting the same error. Is there any other workaround ie. Is KB the problem update? Is that the major W10 update or just a minor update?
